2012 ECJLL Season Preview

Another exciting season of East Coast Junior Lacrosse opens up tonight at the Kay Arena!

All 5 teams are back for another season of fast-paced, high-scoring and hard-hitting action. Halifax Southwest will travel up to Moncton to play the Mavericks in a rematch of last year’s semi-final. The veteran-laden Hurricanes will have their work cut-out for them playing the always-dangerous Mavericks live on Rogers TV. Game time is at 6pm.

Dartmouth Bandits

Home Opener: Thursday May 10, 7:30pm @ Bowles Arena vs. Southwest Hurricanes

2011 Record: Regular Season: 7-8-1 Playoffs: ECJLL Champions

Key Returnees: Jon Boutin, Thomas Crane, Ian McShane, Josh Proulx, Danny Lloyd

Key Losses: Korey Cuvelier, Peter MacNeil, Christian Morin, Ryan Morris,

Players to watch: Alex Taylor (rookie), Sheldon Soucey, Ian McShane (3rd year), Chris Taylor (4th year), Josh Proulx (5th year)
