Hurricanes Blew Through the Wolves in the 2nd Half for a Game 2 Victory

The Halifax Hurricanes gave up a 5 goal, 1st quarter lead, trailing 7-6 at half, before outscoring the Sackville Wolves 10-2 in the 2nd half for a 16-9 win and a 2-0 series lead.
The Hurricanes dominated in the 1st quarter, with Captain G Holmes scoring a goal 30 seconds into the game and also scoring their 5th unanswered goal with 30 second left in the quarter.
The Wolves clawed their way back in the 2nd quarter, outscoring the Hurricanes 7-1 and taking the lead on a Jack Dulong goal with 1 second remaining in the 2nd quarter.
The Hurricanes fought back in the 3rd quarter, outscoring the Wolves 7-2, including Zach Glazebrook's rebound goal with 5 seconds left to lead 13-9 and then put it away in the 4th quarter with 4 unanswreed goals.
Francis Greyson with 5 goals, and G Holmes (4 goals) and Zach Glazebrook (4 goals) did the majority of the scoring for the Hurricanes, with Ben Allison (2) and Owen Cox also scoring.
Will Normandeau, Jack Dulong and Joel Broussard each had 2 goals for the Wolves with Tyler Puma, Alfie West and Alex Bechard adding singles.
The Hurricanes can capture the ECJLL (M) Championship and the Garnet Knight Cup with a win in Game #3 on Monday, 7:30pm in Spryfield.
