ECJLL (M) - Wolves Continue to Roll, Win Game 2 Against Bandits

The Dartmouth Bandits hosted the first ever ECJLL game in Cole Harbour, but the Wolves came out on top, securing a 16-7 victory and claiming a 2-0 series lead.
In what was a close first quarter the Dartmouth Bandits would score a goal from their own end with 1 minute left to cut the Wolves lead to 3-2, but then it was all Wolves for the next 30 minutes as they scored 10 goals to put the game out of reach.
The Bandits outscored the Wolves 5-3 the rest of the way, but the Wolves won comfortably to take a strangehold of the semi-final series. The Wolves have outscored the Bandits 27-11 in the first 2 games of the series.
Joel Broussard, Will Normandeau, and Jordan Whitford each had 3 goals for the Wolves. Ethan Muir and Jack Dulong added 2 goals each and Alex Bechard, Alfie West and Ty Wheatley added singles.
Noah Cox was solid in nets, turning aside several big scoring chances from the Bandits.
Shamus Locke and Ben Roode had 2 goals each for the Bandits. Chris Bungay, Dakota Morrisey, and Kyle Gouthro rounded out the scoring.
The Bandits will try to climb back into the series when the teams meet again in Cole harbour for Game 3, Sunday at 7:30pm.
