Wolves Ride Strong 1st Half to Victory, Advance to ECJLL Finals

The Sportwheels Wolves gave up the first goal of the game, then reeled off 8 unanswered goals to take an 8-1 halftime lead, enroute to an 11-6 victory over the Halifax Hurricanes in the 3rd and deciding game of the series.
Assistant Captains Zac Carrigan (5G 3A) and Ben McKay (4G 1A) were the snipers for the Wolves, with Chris Duplisea and Mark Seward also scoring. Connor Dennis added 3 assists and Noah Cox held the high scoring Halifax office to just 6 goals for the win.
Francis Greyson and Glen Holmes had 2 goals apiece for the Hurricanes, with Ben Allison adding a single and Cutter Devine scoring his first ever ECJLL goal.
The Wolves move on to their 2nd straight ECJLL Championship series against the Dartmouth Bandits, with the first game expected to be played on Monday, August 16th.
