Hurricanes Win Game 2, Tie Series at 1 Game Apiece

The Halifax Hurricanes were down 5-1 early in the 2nd quarter, but outscored the Sportwheels Wolves 9-3 over the final 2.5 quarters to take a 10-8 win and tie the series at 1 game apiece.
The two teams split their regular season series and were tied in goal differential as well. They also split the first two games of this playoff series and are again tied in goal differential, so it is logical that they are heading for a third and final game to decide who advances to the ECJLL Championships!
Glen Holmes had 6 points (3G 3A) for the Hurricanes, while his brother Will had 2 goals, and Jonah Glazebrook popped 2 more to continue his hot streak in the playoffs. Jonah's brother Zac had a goal, as did rookie Isaac Abbott and Francis Greyson.
Ben McKay had a hat-trick (5 points) for the Wolves, while Zac Carrigan, Chris Duplisea, Matt Duggan, Mike Anthony and Connor Dennis added singles.
With the series tied 1-1 the third and deciding game will be played Wednesday at 7:30pm in Spryfield.
