Hurricanes take Game 3 to move one game from finals

The Hurricanes move one game away from ECJLL finals with a 10 -9 win over the Wolves. Game 4 will be played at BMO, no team has won at home and with this a neutral site, who knows what will happen
In Saturday Night lax action, Halifax Hurricanes and Sackville Wolves faced off for Game 3 in their best of 5 ECJLL semi final series.
Wolves opened up the scoring with a goal just 35 seconds into the 1st period and added another 2 goals to their side of the scoreboard in this period. Hurricanes replied with 2 of their own goals during this period, with a score of 3-2 at the end of 20 minutes of play.
Over the next 20 minutes of play for the 2nd period, Hurricanes were the outscoring team, netting 5 goals to Wolves’ 3 goals. At the end of the 2nd, Hurricanes became the leading team with a score of 7-6.
The 3rd period had both teams scoring an equal amount of goals with 3 apiece, but in the end, Hurricanes took home the win for Game 3 with a score of 10-9.
Scoring for the Hurricanes was led by Davi Rossiter, Glen Holmes and Stu Smeltzer who all had 2 goals each.
