Bandits drop the Mavs in Freddy

In a back and forth battle the Bandits travel to Fredericton and come home with another victory on the season taking it 12 - 9. The Bandits remain unbeaten on the season.
On Sunday, the NB Mavericks held the 2nd of their weekend home games at the Grant Harvey Arena in Fredericton, as they hosted the Dartmouth Bandits.
This game was quite interesting in the scoring as each team scored the same amount of points each period as the Bandits scored 4 goals in each of the 3 periods while the Mavericks score 3 goals in each of the 20 mins of play. At the end of the game, Bandits took the win home to Dartmouth, with a score of 12-9.
Bandits were led in scoring by Dakota Morrisey who had 5 goals and an assist, and players Luke Stienburg, Cody Carter-Bomersine and Brett Draper all had 2 goals apiece.
Scoring for the Mavericks was once again led by Jake Mosher-McGraw with 5 goals and 3 assists, and Peter Stranger with a hattie and 2 assists and Jaden Hewey with 1 goal and 3 assists.
Mavericks are on the road again this weekend as they travel to Truro on Saturday to take on the Mi’kmaq Warriors at 6pm and on Sunday to Sackville to once again face the Wolves for a 2pm game.
