Broussard Named Gaiters Rookie of the Year

Congratulation to Sackville Wolves Captain Mitchell Broussard on being named Bishop's University Men's Lacrosse Rookie of the Year for the 2018 season.  Mitchell played offensive Midfield for the Gaiters recording 5 points in 10 games.  After playing football at Dal in his first season Mitchell transferred to Bishop's to join the pipeline of Nova Scotia's playing for Bishop's University.  A great addition to the Gaiters.

Mitchell has played for Team Nova Scotia U18 Provincial Field Lacrosse team, including in 2016 when Team Nova Scotia won bronze at home in Nova Scotia.  Mitchell going into this 4th season with the Wolves recorded 38 points in 2018 and looking to lead the Wolves to finals in 2019.
