Wolves down the Warriors as they build for the playoffs

The Wolves pile up 8 goals in the first period to a 19-3 victory over the Mi\'kmaq Warriors, as the Wolves build for their playoff run.
Tuesday night in the ECJLL, Mi'kmaq Warriors faced off against the Sackville Wolves at the Sackville Rink where the Wolves brought home the win.
Wolves strayed off the scoring quickly at 16 secs off the clock and kept the scoring strong in the 1st, ending the period up 8-0 to the Warriors. This fast Sackville team kept up the high scoring in the 2nd, adding 7 more to their score as the Warriors were able to net 3. In the 3rd, Warriors defence kept the Wolves scoring down but in the end, Wolves still were able to score 4.
Wolves' high scorers were Zac Carrigan with 4 goals and 4 assists and Mitch Brossard with a natural hat trick in the 2nd, tallying up 4 goals and 3 assists overall.
For the Warriors, Jordan Whitford led with 2 goals and 2 assists, as Zack Whitford scored the other Warriors'goal.
Up next in Jr A action has Halifax Hurricanes heading to Shearwater to play Dartmouth Bandits, game time is 7:30. This will be an exciting game between these two teams so come on out and cheer them on!!!!
