Bandits shut down the Wolves in the second half to stay unbeaten

In a tail of periods, after falling down 2-0 at the end of the first the Bandits buried 7 goals to take down the Wolves 7-2 in a rare Wednesday night game in the ECJLL
The ECJLL saw mid-week lacrosse action as Dartmouth Bandits played their 3rd game in a week, but they still had the energy to continue their winning streak with a 7-2 win over the Sackville Wolves.
Playing at the Rockly Lake Dome, the Wolves quickly took the lead, scoring in the first 45 secs of the game and adding another goal in the 1st period while denying the Bandits a goal all period. Bandits came back in the 2nd period putting 5 goals on the board, adding another 2 in the 3rd. The Wolves were unable to put the ball in the Bandits’ net again all game.
Bandits’ Captain Thomas Bakeeff lead his team with 2 goals and2 assists, with Dalton Brown also leading with 2 goals and an assist. Wolves goals were scored by Riley Ambrose and Mitch Brossard.
Bandits aren’t done playing this week, as they host the next ECJLL game this Friday night, June 1 at Shearwater rink against Mi’kmaq Warriors. Game time goes at 7:30! #lacrosse #ECJLL#banditsjralacrosse #wolvesjralacrosse
