Mavericks take down the Warriors in their first game in Hampton

In Saturday\'s ECJLL matchup, the NB Mavericks hosted the Mi\'kmaq Warriors in Hampton, NB, with the Mavericks winning 19-9!
This was an evenly matched game in the first period ending in a tie at 4-4, but the Mavericks came on strong in the second and continued to dominate in the third.
Top scorers for the Warriors was Jordan Whitford with 4 goals and Mackenzie Maloney with 2. Lewis Jarvie had a strong game with 1 goal and 4 assists.
Mavericks top scorers were Jake Mosher-McGraw putting 6 goals on the scoreboard and Bryson Pruski adding 5 goals to the score.
Mavericks play at home again tomorrow, facing off against the Dartmouth Bandits at 2pm at the Hampton Community Centre.
