Marley Lions will not operate in ECJLL 2018 season

As of today the NorthWest Marley Lions will be folding operations for the 2018 ECJLL season. A s disappointment to see a team fold as we continue to grow the league. Below is a message from the Lions posted on their facebook page.
It is with great disappointment that we have informed the East Coast Junior Lacrosse League that we will not be operating for the 2018 season.
Thank you to to the alummi, volunteers and parents who have dedicated countless hours supporting the Northwest organization. Thank you to the players who have provided so many memories.
As one of the founding members of the league, it will be especially difficult to see our Northwest players don a blue or green jersey, but we know they will become vital components of their new teams and we look forward to seeing them compete for the Garnet Knight cup in the upcoming 2018 season.
